Account Reactivation
To reactivate an account suspended due nonpayment, you will need to pay to your past due balance. Please contact our Billing Team to arrange payment for the account and to have the account reactivated.

Plan Upgrade
There is no fee associated with upgrading to a full web hosting plan. Please go to Add New Services section with in your BSI Control Panel and select Upgrade Your Plan .
