What is the best way to contact the Billing department?
To contact the Billing department, file a technical support request in the Control Panel under the "Billing Related" category.

How does the 30 Day Money Back Guarantee work?
If, for any reason you wish to cancel your account during the first 30 days from your sign-up date, we will gladly refund all of your pre-paid hosting fees. This refund does not apply to any fees relating to your domain name or added-value services.

How do I change my billing information?
If you need to change your billing method or billing cycle, please file a technical support request via your Control Panel -- select the "Billing Related" category. You may submit new credit card information securely in the Control Panel under Account Info/Billing.

What methods of payment do you accept ?
We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover. Payment is by credit card only and is paid on an annual basis. Payment cannot be made on a monthly basis. To keep our web hosting at such a reasonable price, there are no exceptions to these payment procedures.

How do I cancel my account?
Please file a tech support request in the Control Panel , selecting the "Billing Related" category. Be sure to state the effective date of the cancellation request.

I want to cancel my hosting account but would like to keep my domain name?
Please file a tech support request and select the category "billing" in the Control Panel , indicating that you wish to cancel your account. We will then notify you if there are any refunds for your hosting and a Customer Support Agent will email you the username and password for your domain to administer your account with the registrar, OpenSRS. If you need BSI to change your DNS information to your new hosting companies' servers we charge a $10 fee for this service. Even though you have transferred your domain from BSI we will still be responsible for your annual domain name renewal fee.

How do I reactivate my suspended account?
If you would like to reactivate your suspended account please contact the Billing department to arrange payment for the account. You will need to pay all outstanding hosting charges and all pending hosting fees before the account will be reactivated.

How will you bill me for my domain name renewal?
30 days prior to your domain name renewal, towards the end of your first year, you will be sent an email invoice notifying you that the annual domain name charge is due. This charge will automatically be placed on the credit card that BSI has on file. You will be charged two weeks before the renewal date to ensure that we have enough time to contact you if the charges fail or if there is a problem with your credit card. If we are unable to charge your card, you will be sent a message in your Control Panel every time the charge fails. You will also receive email warnings notifying you of the problem. If we are unable to charge your card before the renewal date and if you do not contact us to make alternative arrangements for payment the domain name will not be renewed. If a charge back is done on a credit card payment for your account and you would still like to continue hosting with BSI we will charge a $25 fee to cover the charges which we incur from our bank.

BSI no longer hosts my website, how will you bill me for my domain name renewal?
Even if you transfer your domain to another hosting company, BSI will still be responsible for the domain name renewal fees. It is important that you maintain your contact information with BSI so that we are able to reach you when your domain name renewal is due. 30 days prior to your domain name renewal, towards the end of your first year, you will be sent an email invoice notifying you that the annual domain name charge is due.
