One time setup fee $20 per Domain Pointer or MX Record setup.
If you would like us to register the new domain name (domain pointers
only) we will bill you for the domain name registration in addition
to the setup fee. Please be sure and include the name of the new
domain you wanted pointed at your website. A domain pointer is a
separate domain name that points to your domain hosted with BSI.
For example if your domain name was test.com, you could have a domain
pointer of testing.com that would bring up the same website as test.com.

Secure (SSL) Certificate
We can obtain and install a secure certificate for you for a fee
of $200 for the first year and $150 each year after. If you have purchased your
own certificate, we charge an installation fee of $50. There is also a
$10 monthly fee to have a private SSL certificate. The certificates must
be purchased from either Thawte or Verisign and you will need to provide
us with the private key and the server key for Apache-SSL. Please file
a tech support request for either of these options through your Control
Panel. If you are providing the certificate make sure you cut/paste the
keys into your tech support request.

Tape
Restoration
The tape back-up system is in place primarily as a disaster recover
system in case of a server crash or some similar catastrophe. As
an added service, we do provide restoration of customer files when
requested. We backup your website's data 7 days a week. Please file
a tech support request with a list of the files you need restored
and the latest date and time that you believe these files were okay.
Typically, we restore files during normal business hours only (Monday
- Friday 8 a.m. - 5 p.m., Eastern Time). Note: Please allow 24-48
hours for us to complete the restoration of your files.
Cost to restore a site: $75 per restore
Webalizer
Stats
One-time setup fee: $10
Webalizer is another detailed analyzer, but it uses graphical charts
to display the information about your usage statistics. Webalizer
also does reverse DNS lookups on the visitors to your website giving
your information about what countries they came from.
