How much does your web hosting cost? 
BSI has three hosting options for you to choose from: The BSI $99 Deal, the Byte Size BSI Deal and a DIY Deal option.
How do I get started?
To get started, you will need to set up a web hosting account on our servers. If you need a domain name, we will register one for you. If you own your own domain name and wish to point it to our servers, get information on transferring the domain name .
What services don't you support?
We do not support the following services: Microsoft Servers, Cold Fusion, Streaming Audio or Video, JSP, Java Serverlets, Active Server Pages (ASP), Access Databases, Telnet or SSH access.
How does the 30 Day Money Back Guarantee work?
If you are not satisfied with our service within the first 30 days, we will refund your hosting fees. This refund does not apply to any fees relating to your domain name or added-value services. BSI will not refund unused or rebilled hosting charges after the 30 days from your initial sign up date.
What versions of Microsoft FrontPage Extensions do you support?
Our servers support Microsoft FrontPage 98, 2000 and 2002.
Do I get a static IP address with my hosting account?
Yes, we provide a static IP address with each web hosting account. This will allow you to access your hosting account by IP address during the period before your domain name is pointed to our servers.
Can you host a non-U.S. domain name?
Yes, however, you are responsible for registering the domain in the country you wish. We can only register .com, .net, .org, .biz and .info domain names. Click here for links to every country's domain registration authority.
How much do you charge to register a domain name?

How long does it take to process a new domain name or to transfer an existing domain name?
Domains take up to 72 hours to process and get working on your website. For domain transfers the start time begins when you approve the domain transfer.
Can I pay by check? Can I pay monthly?
Payment is by credit card only and is paid on an annual basis. Payment cannot be made on a monthly basis. To keep our web hosting at such a reasonable price, there are no exceptions to these payment procedures.
What limits do you place on the material that you host?
We do not allow illegal material to be hosted on our servers. Any material found to be illegal will immediately be reported to the authorities. We also forbid our servers to be used to send bulk email or SPAM email. Please read our Acceptable Use Policy for more information.
Can I use telnet or SSH access?
We do not offer telnet or SSH access for security reasons.
Do you support NT Servers?
We do not support NT Servers. This also means that we do not support Microsoft Access or Active Server Pages (ASP).
